Quality Technician; Third Shift

Job Summary

Quality Technician performs final and in-process inspections and audits to ensure product builds meet specifications and quality system standards. Coordinates product return to suppliers and oversees corrective actions.

• Conduct random, scheduled, and unscheduled audits to determine conformance to customer specifications, technical drawings, and company procedures.
• Perform root cause analyses by evaluating material returns, reviewing documentation, interviewing employees, and assessing quality issues.
• Maintain data logs on data quality, returned material, supplier information, and nonconformance to support trend analyses.
• Prepare product return documentation and monitor corrective action responses.
• Assist in developing and maintaining ISO system documentation, work instructions, and departmental policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• No prior experience necessary.
• High school graduate with Electronics/IT Hardware field of study preferred.
