Quality Manager - Second Shift

HYVE Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented, hands‑on, results‑driven Quality Manager I with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to join a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology environment.

• Maintain ISO compliance for Quality and Environmental management and oversee internal quality manufacturing management.
• Provide ISO 9001 training and close audit responses in a timely manner.
• Participate with senior leadership in establishing strategic plans and objectives.
• Manage document control for agency compliance, training records, and calibration logs.
• Influence the development of corrective and preventive actions and measure their effectiveness to ensure conformity with quality specifications.
• Lead Quality supervisors and coach subordinates to maintain continuous quality improvement.
• Complete 8‑D and Material Declaration Sheets when necessary.
• Implement and maintain metrics for Management Review.
• Create, manipulate, and display spreadsheets; conduct data collection and root cause analysis for problem resolution.
• Ensure work areas remain clean and free of debris; maintain employee morale to meet scheduled processes.

• B.A. degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid product manufacturing comprehension; computer electronics a plus.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and other agency standards.
• Advanced understanding of manufacturing processes, influences, and containment tactics.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and travel for business or training.
