Quality Team Lead (swing shift

HYVE Solutions is a leader in the data center solutions industry, designing, manufacturing, and delivering custom Server, Storage, and Networking solutions to the world’s largest Cloud, social media, and Enterprise companies. As a Quality Control Team Lead you will support QC Inspectors and the manufacturing areas across various processes, including Server Assembly, Repair, Rack Build, Alesia Shelves, RSI, FQC, Patchframes, Packout, IQC, NCR, and MCO inspections.

• Lead by example a team of 8 QC Inspectors.
• Work effectively within a team environment.
• Communicate and follow verbal and written directions.
• Maintain strong attention to detail.
• Participate/facilitate daily morning meetings to cover outstanding issues.
• Become a subject matter expert in all manufacturing areas.
• Assist with visual inspections of the product and/or video‑recorded inspections as needed.
• Learn and use the systems and databases (MYCIS & SharePoint) to record finished goods transaction data.
• Assist with the NCR Process by visually inspecting non‑conforming material and completing system transactions.
• Interpret and comprehend MPI’s, QC Checklists, and Cable Matrixes for final inspections.
• Complete daily audits of the manufacturing processes for non‑conformance and quality control.
• Document and elevate findings and non‑conformances per the Quality Plan.
• Assist in training newly hired QC’s and/or cross‑training current QC’s.
