- Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per hour
- Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
