Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, common areas, entrance points, parking areas, and perimeter;
Monitor access points and visitor activity and assist with badge checks;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations;
Support ongoing site operations by reporting maintenance or property concerns and following post orders for after-hours activity
