Security Officer Patrol Concierge

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor processing, badge verification, and/or delivery coordination in alignment with site protocols for a professional business environment.;
Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, while helping to maintain an orderly atmosphere for employees and visitors.
