Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and/or telecommunications location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and help to verify identification, visitor sign-in activity, and/or delivery procedures in accordance with site protocols.;
Observe and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations, and assist with directing people during evacuations, shelter-in-place events, and/or other site emergencies.
