Security Guard Part Time Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including entrances, exits, sales floor areas, stock areas, and perimeter spaces, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, access control concerns, and potential hazards within the location, and communicate clearly with management and/or law enforcement when conditions call for additional support;
Assist with crowd management, closing procedures, and customer assistance during busy periods, special events, and/or emergency situations while maintaining a professional presence
