** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions.

+ Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing required logs, reports, and other post-related documentation.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience are preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
