As a Security Officer Patrol Concierge in Olive Branch, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients across industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom. In this unarmed patrol officer role, you will monitor assigned areas through routine patrols, visible presence, and courteous communication. You will support access awareness, report security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, guests, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor processing, badge verification, and/or delivery coordination in alignment with site protocols for a professional business environment.
• Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, while helping to maintain an orderly atmosphere for employees and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
