As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will drive to conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control activities, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while using computer or tablet systems.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, entry points, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.

+ Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, patrols, and security-related observations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control/badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
