Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of loading areas, truck yards, parking areas, entrances, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and support the orderly entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and commercial vehicles in accordance with site-specific requirements;
Observe and report unusual conditions, damaged property, access-control concerns, and other security-related issues to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Respond to incidents, driver or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document and report relevant details according to site procedures
