Michael Hatcher & Associates has provided commercial landscape services in the mid-south since 1986. We specialize in commercial landscape installation and maintenance, including irrigation, with a service portfolio that includes professional and medical offices, retail centers, industrial complexes, multi‑family developments, and homeowner association communities. We also deliver lawn care fertilization and weed control via the customer‑facing brand Master Lawn.

The commercial construction crew members will work with a team to create beautiful landscape projects every day. Your main duty will be general construction tasks assigned by the supervisor or assistant operations manager.

• Install plants, landscape lighting, and hardscape features.
• Grade and prepare topsoil, stone, mulch, and other landscape materials.
• Load and unload plants and trees.
• Dig and install irrigation.
• Install pavers, walkways, steps, retaining walls, and block walls.
• Work carefully on projects to provide the best quality to customers.
• Operate power equipment such as tractors, chainsaws, sod cutters, bobcats, etc.
• Operate tools including rakes, shovels, saws, axes, and shears.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education: Not applicable.

Minimum Experience: 1+ years landscape installation experience.

• Ability to drive the company vehicle in a safe and competent manner, following company safety policies and local, state, and federal laws and regulations for the operating of such vehicle.

• The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
