Buildforce is seeking experienced Commercial Electricians for a night shift remodel project in Olive Branch, MS. This role involves working on a high-profile Target store renovation and is ideal for dependable, self-motivated electricians who thrive in fast-paced commercial environments. Primary Function:To perform conduit installation, wiring, and electrical troubleshooting in a commercial setting during night shifts. Electricians must be journey-level, capable of working independently, and ensure all tasks are completed to code and safety standards.
Tools and Equipment Used:- Hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, etc.)
- PPE including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe boots
- Electrical meters and testers
- EMT conduit and fittings
- Electrical wire and cabling
- Switchgear and panels
- Light fixtures and controls
- Install and bend conduit (EMT) accurately
- Run wire, terminate panels, and install fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Work independently and meet nightly productivity targets
- Comply with all OSHA and site-specific safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure project deadlines are met

Up to $29/hour (based on experience) - Per Diem

- Minimum 4–5 years of commercial electrical experience
- Must be able to bend conduit and work independently
- Own basic hand and power tools required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be available to work night shifts Sunday night to Friday morning (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
