Restoration Mitigation Technician

Restoration Technician — Water, Fire, Mold, and Emergency Services

We are seeking a hands‑on Restoration Technician to help homeowners and businesses recover after water damage, fire damage, mold issues, storms, and other property emergencies. This role offers a varied daily schedule with new challenges every day.

Respond to property damage emergencies and assist with mitigation and restoration services for residential and commercial customers.

• Perform water extraction and structural drying services
• Assist with fire and smoke cleanup
• Conduct demolition and removal of damaged materials
• Set up and monitor restoration equipment
• Clean and prepare job sites for restoration work
• Load, maintain, and organize equipment and vehicles
• Document job progress through photos and notes
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow safety procedures and company standards on every project

• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
• IICRC certifications are a plus but not required

• Regularly lift and carry 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in varying environments
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas when necessary
• Work around cleaning products, moisture, dust, and restoration equipment

$15.00 – $24.00 per hour
