Salary: $23.40 per hour
Shift: 2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday) from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

What's a typical day as Maintenance Technician? You'll be:
- Repairing or replacing defective equipment parts using hand and power tools, and reassembling equipment
- Performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines and building systems operate efficiently
- Inspecting drives, motors, belts, and fluid levels, replacing filters, and following maintenance checklists
- Using a variety of tools, including precision measuring instruments and electrical/electronic testing devices
- Assembling, installing, or repairing wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, and machinery
- Inspecting, operating, and testing machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions
- Recording maintenance and repair work details and costs
- Cleaning and lubricating machinery parts such as shafts, bearings, and gears
- Dismantling devices to access and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools
- Assisting with light maintenance work and custodial responsibilities in the warehouse
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
- Possess basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Demonstrate creativity, strong verbal and written communication skills, and analytical/problem-solving abilities
- Are a team player with attention to detail
- Have 0-2 years of maintenance experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Are familiar with basic engineering science and technology applications
