Installers are responsible for all duties related to the installation and service of punch-out products, garage doors, gutters, and insulation. This position performs a variety of installation and service tasks daily while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain inventory of all installed products
• Install and service all punch-out related products with quality standards and customer satisfaction guidelines
• Install all products according to manufacturer specifications and applicable local building codes
• Maintain knowledge of building codes pertaining to the installation of garage doors and other products
• Perform loading, unloading, safety checks, and basic maintenance and care of company vehicles and equipment
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including stocking materials, inventory counts, and unloading deliveries.
• Complete all required paperwork, including:
  • Time worked
  • Materials loaded onto trucks
  • Materials used during installations
  • Materials returned to inventory
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse in accordance with safety and administrative policies
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license

• Experience using basic hand tools
• Ability to work on ladders and at heights without fear
• Basic construction knowledge
• General knowledge of building trades and installation practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work inside/outside in extreme heat and cold temperatures
• Able to work with fiberglass insulation material, foam, and caulking products
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Work safely at heights, including off ladders and scaffolding
• Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, with manual dexterity and see (acuity, depth perception, field of vision)
• Reach overhead to grasp materials
• Reliable transportation
