Position: Merge Operator

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00pm-4:30am

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

We are seeking the following for current and future openings:
Merge Operator

Coordinates the flow of the freight throughout the building in order to deliver freight to the Shipping dock for shipment to the Stores in a safe and timely manner.

• Monitors and adjusts the merge system in order to keep freight flowing consistently.
• Releases batches, properly, to the Shipping dock in accordance with work schedules.
• Pulls the incorrect freight off the system in order to maintain batch integrity.
• Operates the merge system, efficiently, in order to maintain a consistent workflow between modules and Shipping.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers in order to fix/clear jams and maintain consistent flow.
• Identifies that cases are properly labeled and sent to the correct Shipping lane.
• Adheres to work schedules by monitoring all Shipping lanes and modules.
• Follows set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety.
• Maintains an organized work area and promotes a safe working environment within the Bulk department.
• Follows all Company policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
