SAP Coordinator - E Shift; Bulk and Assembly

Provide assistance to the Supervisor and Group Leaders to enhance the overall efficiencies and accuracies of all processes required to pick, audit, pack, and stage production orders for MAHLE Aftermarket Inc.

• Monitor reports for pick queues and warehouse tasks for proper assignment, execution, and priority levels; monitor radios for call-ins and approval of DIFWs, and monitor creation, assignment, and completion of warehouse tasks for consolidation.
• Assist group leaders with necessary resources and tools to keep personnel productive (radios, lifts & harnesses, pallets, scanners, box cutters, etc.); maintain assignments for M & G numbers and resources for login purposes; support group leaders in training new employees and implementing new or changed processes for correct execution of warehouse tasks and proper log-in and log-out procedures.
• Prioritize and coordinate with supervisors, other group leaders, and customer service representatives to schedule production orders to meet delivery and productivity requirements; troubleshoot problem deliveries and elevate when necessary.
• Monitor all quality processes within the department, clean up old put-away and pick warehouse tasks, balance and assign resources to minimize partial picks, and balance mezzanine and lift picks across deliveries and orders; monitor and maintain lost-stock bins and stock-status types that are blocked, addressing problems as they arise.
• Monitor daily all message-queue errors; provide direction for employees to find alternative locations, fix pallet maintenance, correct packaging specifications, and identify correct stock status and bin assignments; implement actions to achieve department KPIs.
• Perform effective shift handoff, ensuring resources are logged out properly, in-process orders are staged properly, and any affected warehouse tasks (such as replenishment or consolidation) are cancelled properly to set the next shift up for success.
• Cover for absenteeism and vacation as required.
• Work with and display a team-concept approach at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Read and respond to emails as necessary.
• Cycle count product for inventory accuracy and maintain location.
• Verify product and ensure the count in the location is correct.
• Must be able to drive an Order Picker/Reach.
• Cycle count using an RF scanner or paper.
• Store and/or retrieve product using material-handling equipment.
• Maintain production requirements on a consistent basis.
• Perform daily inspection of equipment and report all maintenance problems daily.
