As LTL Picker, you work as a member of a team responsible for picking items from rack bins for customer orders using a sit down or stand-up forklift. You will be responsible for the movement of material through the warehouse; there may be times that you are required to palletize and stage customer orders. You will also cross‑train in additional warehouse positions as part of Ubique Group’s “We Move to the Work” approach, which empowers employees to expand their knowledge and skill sets.

• Pick items to match customer orders
• Use of electric sit down forklift, stand up forklift, and reach truck
• May require use of electric or manual pallet jack
• Able to read and interpret a pick ticket
• Must have a high level of accuracy
• Using an RF handheld device

• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience
• At least 1 year of experience operating a reach truck
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, procedures, and pick tickets
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small items.
• Climbing off on forklifts (for positions that require that).
