We are excitingly seeking dedicated and energetic Warehouse Associates to join our thriving team in Olive Branch, MS! If you're looking for a dynamic work environment where every day is a new adventure, you won't want to miss this opportunity.
Compensation:
* Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
* Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday
* Opportunity to transition to full-time status after 520 hours of work!
Job Responsibilities:
As a Material Handler, you will take on essential duties that ensure our warehouse runs smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Loading and unloading products within our vibrant warehouse environment
* Operating pallet jacks as needed (training provided!)
* Packing and labeling items with precision and care
* Assisting the shipping and receiving department with enthusiasm and teamwork
What We're Looking For:
No prior warehouse experience? No problem! We're more than happy to provide training to the right candidates. Here's what we value:
* A positive team player mindset with a strong attention to detail
* Willingness to adhere to warehouse safety protocols
* Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues
* Ability to consistently stand, sit, lift, bend, crouch, and reach for an eight-hour shift
* Capable of safely manipulating various packaging materials
