UPS Pipeline

Adecco is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Truck Loaders in Olive Branch, MS. This role involves scanning and loading shipments onto tractor trailers, performing quality checks, and supporting general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have previous shipping or loading experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

** ESSENTIAL DUTIES:*
* + Scan and load packages onto designated trailers using RF scanners

+ Perform quality checks to ensure proper routing and handling

+ Always follow all safety and facility guidelines

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

+ Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

+ Arrive on time and work full assigned shifts, including overtime if needed

* QUALIFICATIONS:

*
* + Must be 18 years or older

+ Previous experience in shipping or loading required

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ Experience using RF scanners is a plus

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for 10-12 hours

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required

** Pay Details:**  $17.25 to $18.25 per hour
