Shift DetailsFull‑time, Sunday‑Thursday. Sunday 3:30PM – Finish;
Monday‑Thursday 5:00PM – Finish. Overtime may be required.
Up to $24.70 per hour. Compensation includes base pay, shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.
Responsibilities- Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
- Perform daily cycle counting and investigate discrepancies.
- Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
- Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise safe and help prevent work‑related injuries.
- Verify received products against receiving documents, note and report any discrepancies or damages.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a climate‑controlled facility.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
- Motivated, hard‑working, dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
- Must be able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime.
- Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.
- Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (up to one year).
- Ability to work with RF scanning equipment.
- Lift up to 50lbs repeatedly; product weight and size vary.
- Walk up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift).
- Stand for long periods of time.
