Gatekeeper
Shift F-Su 6am-6pm
Your Role on Our Team:The Gatekeeper is responsible for ensuring that all steps in the process are followed and any errors are corrected to ensure orders are processed accurately.
Responsibilities:- Read and comprehend order information and work instructions
- Knowledge of all systems in the distribution center
- Verify that incoming and outgoing orders are correct
- Verify that pallets and boxes match High Jump reports
- Research and fix order/box errors
- Identify and correct problem scans
- Identify and isolate errors and communicate resolution
- Assist in other areas of the cell as needed, such as material handling, stocking, and packing
- Practice 5S and Safety
- React to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned
- High School or GED diploma required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required
- Basic math and basic computer skills required
- High attention to detail
- Ability to perform work per instructions within a reasonable time
- Minimum one year distribution center or quality experience
Production
Physical Demands- Stand for long periods of time while inspecting tools
- Be able to lift 40 pounds occasionally
- Frequent bending and stooping
