This position is for a customer start‑up site in Olive Branch, MS to support logistics and order fulfillment within the computer hardware industry. It is located in a new, climate‑controlled facility. Shift: Third (3rd) Shift Sunday‑Thursday 10:00 pm‑6:00 am with overtime as needed. Pay: $21.35 per hour, shift differential $1.00 per hour.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of workers across various functions such as supervisor, production, general labor, forklift, quality control, material handling, and equipment operations.
  • Delegate and allocate work duties for areas including put‑away, inventory, receiving, shipping/pack‑out, staging, and order selection.
  • Work alongside the team and serve as the initial point of contact for associates.
  • Train new associates, monitor productivity, provide constructive feedback, and assist the supervisor to maintain high customer standards.
  • Operate stand‑up material‑handling equipment, including order pickers and reach trucks; experience with other equipment such as cherry pickers, sit‑down, clamp, and electric pallet jack is a plus.
Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years in a progressive role within a supply‑chain, logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment as a team lead or workflow planner.
  • Six‑to‑twelve months warehouse experience and forklift operation experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; forklift operator certificate or completion of training program within the first 30 days is also preferred.
  • First preference for candidates with stand‑up order picker and reach truck experience.
Key Accountabilities
  • Conduct training for new associates.
  • Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.
  • Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.
  • Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
  • Open and/or close the building as directed.
  • Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self‑corrected.
  • Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
