• Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put‑away, and ship product per established production rates using specified processes and procedures.
• Cross‑train to work in various departments for pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put‑away assignments based on business needs.
• Follow all company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations to ensure safe working practices, including proper work attire and reporting of safety violations.
• Comply with all company loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular, acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule and accommodate requested shifts and overtime.
• Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service per company standards.

• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience with menu‑driven applications.
• Knowledge of warehouse layout or ability to learn layout quickly.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish product.
• Ability to pack product using preferred methods.
• Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
• Willingness to be cross‑trained in receiving, pick, pack, put‑away, and shipping processes.
• Understanding of other business functions as they apply to the position.
• Ability to work closely and effectively with others to promote teamwork.
• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

• Moderate but varying temperature and humidity in office and warehouse environments.

• Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift, and/or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Starting base pay: $18.00 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
