Wave Closure Clerk
The Wave Closure Clerk supports Personalization Operations by monitoring and reconciling released work through completion. This role researches aged and outstanding cartons, validates work-in-process, and coordinates follow-up on exceptions or stalled work. The clerk partners with Operations, Wave, Picking, Exceptions, Personalization Techniques, QA, and Packing to maintain accurate visibility and drive timely resolution. The role helps protect customer service by ensuring unresolved work is identified and escalated before it continues to age.
You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will...
- Monitor and reconcile released waves and aged work, ensuring outstanding cartons are accounted for as completed, physically validated WIP, or documented exceptions
- Research stalled or unaccounted-for cartons using PKMS/carton tracking and physical verification to determine current status, location, ownership, and required next action
- Coordinate with Wave, Picking, Exceptions, Personalization Techniques, QA, Packing, and operational leadership to drive outstanding work and exceptions to resolution
- Track and communicate aging, unresolved gaps, and customer-service risks; escalate missing work, system discrepancies, inventory concerns, or process barriers requiring leadership action
- Maintain accurate wave-closure documentation and carton-tracking status, and identify recurring trends or process failures contributing to aged or incomplete work
- Support additional operational priorities based on business needs, including Stock Withdrawals and Business Sales order processing, tracking, coordination, and follow-up, while ensuring primary wave closure responsibilities remain current
