DC Lead I

Lead DC

The lead is responsible for directing and coaching employees.

• Oversee and assist with order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders
• Schedule pick‑up
• Train and coach employees
• Monitor performance and production goals
• Correct errors and escalate to the proper individual when necessary
• Create BOLs and bills of lading for orders
• Perform computer‑related tasks and run reports
• Ensure that processes and policies are followed
• Identify and correct production issues
• Be responsible for overall organization and cleaning of the area

• Education equivalent to four years of high school
• 2‑3 years of general labor experience

• 2 years of lead experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Manufacturing

• Driving motorized equipment for long periods of time
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes
• Able to work in various temperature conditions
• Operation of motorized forklift
