Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Weekend

Looking for Material Handler jobs in Olive Branch where every shift keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you handle materials safely, support warehouse operations, and help ensure inventory reaches the right place at the right time. The candidate will be responsible for operating a Reach truck to pull or stock various products. Palletizing, staging, and wrapping pallets may be required. This opportunity is based on a Material Handler career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

• Operate Reach Trucks and Dock Stockers safely and efficiently.
• Pick, put away, replenish, and relocate inventory as directed.
• Load and unload products from warehouse racking systems.
• Transport materials throughout the facility while following established safety procedures.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movements.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.
• HS Diploma preferred

• Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits.
• Certified to operate Reach and Dock Stocker

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.
• Must have previous experience operating a Reach Lift.
• 6 Months exp preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
• Must be able to lift lbs, stand, bend, or sit throughout the entirety of the shift
