Westview Concrete Corp. is currently hiring for a full-time Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep to join our construction team in the Olmsted Falls, OH area. This dispatch position earns a competitive salary

This full-time dispatch position typically works Monday - Friday from 6:30 am - 5 pm, with a half-day on Saturdays.

As a Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep, you ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Utilizing your incredible customer service skills, you take orders from our customers and schedule jobs. You make sure that all of our customers are serviced in a timely manner by coordinating the daily schedule for our drivers and dispatching orders. You love keeping things organized and feel great about helping our company function at maximum capacity!

• Strong communicator - effectively takes orders and communicates with customers
• Reliable - keeps accurate records and schedules of customer appointments
• Organized - ensures that all customers are serviced in a timely manner
