Grade 4 Teacher

St. Mary of Falls is seeking a qualified General Education Teacher. Candidate must have a current and active license (or in process to be completed by 08/30/2026).

• Establish and enforce rules/policies for behavior and procedures, strong classroom management skills.
• Effectively implement an IEP and differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
• Knowledge of how to the RTI Process and special education and how accommodations and modifications effect the regular education classroom
• Prepare lesson plans, materials and classrooms for class activities.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying strengths and weaknesses.
• Knowledge of summative and formative assessment.
• Integrate Catholic values, catholic doctrine, and special justice teachings across all areas of the curriculum.
• Work with level team in a cooperative learning team
• Incorporate technology into learning (Google Classroom, Google platform, interactive board, and classroom website)

• State of Ohio license (current and active license)
• Religion Certification (or willing to take the course work needed)
• Virtus Trained (or willingness to be trained)
• BCI/FBI check
