Job SummaryThe Graphic Designer provides creative support to the Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams by designing marketing materials, product assets, and digital content. This role is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support product launches, sales initiatives, and brand development across multiple product categories and brands.
Responsibilities- Design creative assets for a wide range of marketing and sales deliverables, including but not limited to:
- Email campaigns
- Website graphics and sliders
- Product sell sheets and packaging materials
- Digital and online advertising
- Presentation decks
- Social media and e-commerce content
- Product Catalogs
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across multiple brands and product lines
- Translate concepts, sketches, and marketing ideas into polished, production‑ready designs
- Take, edit, and retouch product photography for use in catalogs, websites, packaging, and advertising
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to support new product launches and marketing initiatives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Work with outside vendors, printers, and contractors on creative and production projects when needed
- Research design trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative output current and effective
- Assist with updating existing artwork, product graphics, and marketing collateral as needed
- BA in Graphic Design, art, related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of design experience
- Demonstrates strong creative background
- Exhibits well‑developed written communication skills, ability to review, revise and execute required changes
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
- Expertise using Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
- Experience using AI‑assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL‑E, Canva AI, or similar) to enhance creative workflow and productivity is required
- Familiarity with current design trends, marketing practices, and digital media formats
- Experience in consumer products, sporting goods, fitness, or retail industries is a plus
- Sitting, talking and listening at least 2/3 of the time
- Lifting up to 25 pounds
- Stooping and kneeling
- Fine motor coordination
