Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) – Illinois licensed. Provides comprehensive patient care across multiple settings, including telephone triage, sterile minor procedures, preceptor activities, and surgical patient education.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the RN scope of practice per Illinois Board of Nursing.
• Provide health and wellness education to individuals and groups.
• Act as preceptor and support the development of other staff and healthcare students.
• Lead initiatives to improve quality of care and clinical outcomes.
• Perform telephone triage using the RSOAP method and MRI screenings.
• Assist with sterile minor procedures, including Jackson‑Pratt drain removals.
• Educate patients (in person or over the phone) on surgical procedures and post‑operative instructions.
• Process lab specimens and submit for analysis after provider collection.
• Administer allergy injections, skin testing, intradermal tests, and nebulizer/Xolair treatments.
• Coordinate prior authorization and schedule surgery.

• Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois (IDFPR).
• Strong clinical experience in ambulatory or surgical nursing.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Up to $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
• $2,500 relocation bonus for candidates relocating more than 50 miles.
