Transitions Hospice in Olney, IL is seeking a Night Nurse to join our overnight care team. You will assess, treat, and document patient needs with clinical confidence and compassion, supporting families through difficult hours.
As part of the interdisciplinary team, you will deliver nursing care within your scope, coordinate with physicians, and maintain equipment and supplies for safe, continuous night care. Active IL RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
