• Provide direct patient care in accordance with care protocols and standards, maintaining emotional support and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform patient assessments and administer medications and treatments.
• Record patient's medical history and symptoms, including vital signs, and report any changes to the physician.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance strategies.
• Participate in the evaluation of new techniques and procedures in nursing care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
