Overview
Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre‑K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after‑school programs. Our locations span a nationwide footprint and feature a diverse array of pedagogical approaches, including proprietary Links to Learning curriculum drawing from Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky, accredited Montessori methods (AMI and AMS), and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.
PositionSummary
Chesterbrook Academy is seeking qualified Child Care Teachers for our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs. The role requires energetic, dedicated individuals who want to make a lasting difference in children’s lives each day and who thrive in an engaging, nurturing environment.
Responsibilities- Design and implement interactive, age‑appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps toddlers feel secure and confident.
- Build positive partnerships with families through open, ongoing communication.
- Work collaboratively with co‑teachers and school leaders to ensure an exceptional learning experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
- A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
