Child and Adolescent Therapist

This is a full‑time or part‑time on‑site role for a Child and Adolescent Therapist located in Olney, MD. The therapist will work directly with children and adolescents, providing mental health counseling and therapy sessions. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence‑based interventions, collaborating with families and other professionals, and maintaining accurate records and case documentation. The therapist will foster a supportive environment to promote emotional growth and mental well‑being.

Our clients normally prefer after‑school hours. 10‑20 hours preferred. $120–$130 per hour.

• Experience working with children
• Knowledge and skills in mental health
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Licensed as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or equivalent in Maryland
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
