The Intensive Care Unit at Med Star Montgomery Medical Center offers a 12‑bed critical care environment, serving patients with neuro, cardiac, GI, renal and vascular conditions, and post‑operative care. It is part of a 10‑hospital Med Star Health system and recognized as an ANCC Magnet and AHA Gold‑Plus Certified Primary Stroke Center.

We are looking for dedicated critical care nurses to join a dynamic team. The role is for full‑time 12‑hour day or night non‑rotating shifts, with self‑scheduling supported by a charge nurse each shift.

Full‑time positions available: day shift (7am‑7pm) and night shift (7pm‑7am).

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex.
• Assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
• Deliver interventions directly or coordinate them through collaboration with other members of the nursing team.

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Minimum of one year of ICU experience required.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).

Salary Range: USD $36.00 – $54.97 per hour.
