We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our front desk team. This is a commission-based sales position with an hourly base compensation of $17. The right full-time candidate can average a substantial hourly pay rate ranging from $20 to $28+ per hour through our generous commission structure. While little to no direct sales experience is required, you will be expected to:
- Have excellent verbal communication skills
- Leverage strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities
- Learn business development skills and sales techniques
- Remain agile and adapt to changing sales promotions (e.g., retail and/or seasonal deals, discounts, and promotions)
- Work independently and as part of a team.

Primary daily duties include, but are not limited to, the following:- Learning current and upcoming deals, discounts, and promotions to sell memberships and gift cards;
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly personal and team sales quotas; and,
- Leveraging ongoing formal and informal sales and service trainings, scripts, and other company resources to remain successful.
- Light laundry duties; and
- Peer training as needed.
