Field Supervisor / Foreman – Residential Remodeling (Kitchen & Bath)

Our work centers on delivering quality kitchen and bathroom remodels while developing our people and maintaining a culture of accountability and respect. We are seeking a Field Supervisor / Foreman who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and wants to grow with a company that values the right attitude as much as experience.

Position Overview
  • Lead field operations for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
  • Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and to company standards
  • Serve as the primary leader on-site, setting expectations for quality and productivity
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct installers and subcontractors on-site
  • Review project scope and plans prior to execution
  • Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays

    Ensure quality standards are consistently met
Detailed Carpentry / Measuring Skills
  • Communicate daily with the Project Manager regarding job progress
  • Document progress and issues through field reporting tools and software
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure materials are available and ready
Qualifications
  • Experience in residential kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling
  • Working knowledge of cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and project scope
  • Proven ability to lead and manage field teams
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
