The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County is seeking a Trades Maintenance Worker II to perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC maintenance on assigned properties. The role requires basic maintenance skills, ability to work outdoors, and on-call duties including nights and weekends.
