Summary of benefits:

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Receptionist at both our Olympia and Centralia Clinics, as well as one Float position which may be required to travel between all Oly Ortho locations (Lacey, Olympia, and occasionally Centralia).
Olympia Orthopaedics is a drug‑free, alcohol‑free, and smoke‑free workplace. If offered employment, passage of background screen and pre‑employment drug screen is required. Please note nicotine levels are included in testing.
As a Receptionist for OOA you will be the face of the office as patients are checked in for their appointments, making excellent customer service a priority. You will be responsible for performing various clerical duties such as checking in patients, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and updating patient charts within a busy orthopaedic practice.

- Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting; non‑medical Receptionist roles also considered.
- Ability to multi‑task.
