Description
The Facilities Coordinator works with the department manager and designees to plan, schedule and allocate work in an equitable and timely manner. They develop and maintain processes for collecting data and reporting the status of testing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The Coordinator assists the manager in documenting quality of work and productivity, manages and maintains the work order database, and uses the CMMS to schedule, assign, and monitor work as directed.
Qualifications- 3 years experience in an administrative position or related equivalent experience.
- Coursework or training in technology platforms.
- Specialized data systems administration experience.
- Experience in a healthcare facility.
Pay Range: $23.81 - $36.44 per hour (base pay). Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
