Job Purpose
The T&L Office & Program Manager provides confidential administrative and operational support to the Teaching and Learning Department, with specialized coordination and support for College and Career Readiness (CCR) and Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs. This position supports department administrators, certificated staff, and support personnel; coordinates program operations and communications; and ensures the efficient flow of information and services to staff, students, families, community partners, and the public.
Supervisionand Controls over the Work
This position serves as part of the Teaching & Learning Department under the supervision of the Executive Director or designee. Responsibilities include supporting effective program operations and departmental goals in compliance with federal and state laws, school board policy, and applicable regulatory requirements.

This position works Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, 248 days a year.

Essential Job Functions Teaching & Learning Department Support- Provides customer service to those seeking support from the department via phone, in person, and/or via our electronic help ticket system.
- Supports development and implementation of budgets for administrator approval.
- Submits semi-monthly reconciliation reports for procurement card accounts.
- Makes travel arrangements, prepares itineraries, maintains travel documentation and records.
- Supports the district professional development/clock hour system.
- Manages and monitors assigned activities and/or program components, including contracts, purchase orders, and related compliance requirements.
- Composes documents, including correspondence, surveys, agendas, minutes, bulletins, and reports for the purpose of conveying and gathering information.
- Reviews documents for accessibility prior to public dissemination.
- Uses various technologies to process documents and materials, including schedules, agendas, databases, spreadsheets, calendars, and related department records.
- Responds to inquiries from staff, the public, parents, and/or students to provide information and/or directions as needed.
- Participates in meetings as assigned.
- Assists administrators in meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and providing information.
- Manages calendars related to department programming.
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality.
- Assists administration with compliance during federal and state audits.
- Assists with coordination of dual credit processes, reporting, and student data.
- Provides district-level support of the Schoo Links digital platform for High School and Beyond Planning.
- Provides district-level support of online learning digital platforms.
- Assists with development of CCR district-wide plans, meetings, meeting membership, travel, and professional development for CCR staff.
- Creates and manages desktop publishing for CCR, including website content.
- Monitors and maintains CTE budgets in alignment with district procedures and administrator direction.
- Facilitates, purchases, and distributes materials and equipment for CTE classrooms.
- Submits payroll paperwork for student workers and processes billing to the state for student workers’ pay.
- Assists in certifying all CTE teachers in the EDS system and coordinates with HR to ensure compliance.
- Coordinates with administration to ensure compliance for CTE teacher certification in the EDS system.
- Assists teachers in completing course frameworks and CTE teacher certification paperwork.
- Assists with maintenance of the CTE course proposal & approval process.
- Maintains an accurate inventory of CTE department equipment & assets.
- CTE procurement card custodian.
- Prior job-related experience in CTE, Skyward Qmlative and other school systems.
