** As an Express Service Advisor, you will assist customers through
** routine maintenance services**, focusing on speed, accuracy, and clear communication.##

Job Responsibilities
**** Greet customers and assist with quick service needs
* Write basic repair orders for maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections)
* Communicate service recommendations clearly and efficiently
* Coordinate with express technicians to keep workflow moving
* Provide status updates and ensure timely vehicle delivery
* Maintain accurate documentation and repair orders
* Deliver a positive, efficient customer experience

Schedule:

Monday – Saturday (Schedule Varies)##

*** Express Service Advisor Qualifications
**** Previous customer service experience required (automotive a plus)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment

* Corporate Hiring Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.*##
