Deal Enablement Specialist The opportunityThis role supports the deal enablement lifecycle by partnering closely with Sector and Service Line leadership, pursuit teams, and deal stakeholders. Working under the supervision of a Deal Enablement (DE) Pod Leader, the Deal Enablement Specialist helps ensure opportunities progress efficiently through required approvals, timelines, and governance steps in alignment with the P2C Deal Enablement framework. This role plays a key part in driving consistency, accuracy, and timely execution across deals.
Yourkey responsibilities
- Understand and manage the end-to-end deal enablement lifecycle, including required approvals and timing expectations
- Review the DE dashboard to identify priorities and schedule required deal enablement calls
- Process a high volume of deal-related activities across assigned sectors and service lines
- Respond to new opportunities within defined service‑level time frames to secure appropriate approvals
- Review submitted opportunities for completeness and accuracy, identifying missing data or required changes
- Coordinate approval timing with leadership availability and project timelines
- Ensure all required approvals are properly documented at each stage of the process
- Escalate issues or delays when there is uncertainty around next steps or missed time frames
- Expedite opportunities with accelerated or urgent due dates
- Serve as the initial point of contact for deal enablement process questions from pursuit teams and leadership
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, timely communication and status updates
- Ensure pricing attachments and plans are accurate and aligned with information in the DE tool
- Build strong working relationships with pursuit teams to anticipate needs and support deal progression
- Coordinate with account teams, DE leadership, and Finance as needed
- Participate in weekly team meetings and provide backup support for team members when out of office
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy under tight timelines
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong listening skills and a customer‑service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent demands in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable working in a virtual, matrixed team structure
- Strong work ethic and responsiveness to a steady flow of opportunities and re‑approvals
- Proficiency with standard business tools, including Microsoft applications, Copilot, Excel, and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Prior experience in direct client service and/or project management
- Comfort operating in a fast‑changing, deadline‑driven environment
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
- Experience supporting multiple sectors or service lines simultaneously
- Familiarity with deal governance, approval workflows, or enablement frameworks

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $52,800 to $95,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $63,400 to $109,000.
