The Information Technology division is seeking a strategic, data-savvy Management Analyst 3 to sit at the intersection of human resources and information technology, driving how one of the state's largest and most complex IT divisions recruits, retains, and develops its workforce.
The IT Division Centralized Hiring Project Coordinator reports directly to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and plays a central role in advancing the division's ability to attract, hire, and retain a highly qualified workforce while supporting strategic goals through data-driven analysis and project coordination.
In this role, you will serve as the division's primary point of contact for recruitment coordination, collaborate with leaders across the division, Human Resources, and agency partners to streamline hiring processes, analyze workforce trends, coordinate strategic initiatives, and develop solutions that help the division achieve its goals. You will have the opportunity to influence organization effectiveness, drive continuous improvement efforts, and support a division that delivers critical technology services to the agency.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law, computer science, or a related field.
- AND Three (3) years of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations.
- OR A total of seven (7) years comparable combination of education and experience in:
- Making recommendations to management about solutions to business problems.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills:
Demonstrated proficiency in meeting timelines, juggling priorities, and staying organized in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities. - Demonstrating critical thinking skills, including the ability to investigate issues, evaluate and understand issues from all angles in order to come to an informed conclusion.
- Communication
Skills:
Deliver an expert level of verbal, written and presentation communication products. Proficiency in delivering messages on an individual level as well as a larger group setting. Experience in planning, developing and delivering presentations and proposals.
Desired:
- Working knowledge of agency policies, Collective Bargaining Agreement, and Program policies, practices and guidelines.
- Experience leading hiring projects to fill multiple positions.
- Strong research, data collection and analysis skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Administering skills and knowledge tests (test proctor) online or in person; and/or experience with Code Signal.

For this position, telework is dependent upon business needs and supervisor approval. The assigned duty station for this position is Tumwater, Washington. For positions where in-office work is necessary, the frequency of telework will be discussed with the supervisor of the position at the time of offer.
