Job details

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per year.

A bit about us

We are a specialty construction organization with deep expertise in fueling infrastructure, including underground fuel storage tank installation and removal, fuel piping, dispensing systems, and complex site coordination. Our teams deliver technically demanding projects for some of the most recognized fueling environments in the country. As our fuels division continues to grow, we are expanding into integrated carwash construction at large fuel centers—bringing together fueling, utilities, civil work, and specialty equipment under one coordinated delivery model.

Our leadership team comes from hands‑on industry backgrounds and values practical experience, technical understanding, and accountability in execution. This is an environment where Project Managers are trusted to own their work, contribute to design and constructability discussions, and play a real role in how projects are built—not just tracked.

Why join us
  • Fuel‑Focused, Technical Work:
This role sits squarely in the fuels space—underground storage tanks, piping, dispensing systems, and complex site coordination. You’re managing real infrastructure, not light retail buildouts.
  • Trusted Project Ownership:
Project Managers here are expected to understand the work, contribute to constructability discussions, and help solve problems—not just track schedules.
  • Strong Compensation + Upside:
Competitive base salary ($125K–$135K) paired with project‑based bonuses that reward execution and performance.
  • Balanced Work Model:
Approximately 80% office‑based with intentional jobsite presence—enough field exposure to stay connected without living on the road.
  • Growth‑Oriented Fuels Group:
The fuels department continues to expand its project portfolio and technical scope, creating long‑term runway for strong PMs.
  • Relocation‑Friendly:
Open to experienced fuels professionals looking to relocate to the Longview, WA area for a stable, high‑impact role.
