Overview

Circus Trix dba Sky Zone offers part-time Crew Member positions where you gain experience across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and effective communication. All Crew Member stations require working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. It is expected that all potential employees are committed to providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role (e.g., entertainment, retail, service, fitness) is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is considered a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

• Ability to remain stationary and move around the park for long periods to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs.
• Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment.

Starting hourly rate: $17.13 USD per hour. Pay range: $17.13 USD per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
