Support profitable sales growth by managing quoting, order execution, and customer communication while delivering fast, accurate responses and driving follow-up on open opportunities.
This role is expected to operate with a high level of accountability, responsiveness, and ownership, contributing to a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day customer communication, ensuring timely and professional responses
Provide product knowledge, pricing, and order support to customers and internal teams
Generate accurate quotes and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Track and follow up on open quotes to support conversion and order growth
Manage routine claims, balance inquiries, and order-related issues
Maintain accurate customer records and order data within company systems
Partner with outside sales representatives to support customer needs and close opportunities
Identify opportunities to move existing inventory, including SMO, by aligning with customer demand
Support overall team performance through collaboration, communication, and consistent execution
What Success Looks Like Timely and consistent quote turnaround
High level of responsiveness to customers and internal teams
Strong quote-to-order conversion support
Accurate order processing and issue resolution
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or equivalent experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking ability
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
Proficiency with standard business software and systems
Wage and Benefits Hourly Wage = $26.44 - $36.06
